At Shed 4 All Abilities, our groups, events and activities are all about bringing people together in a welcoming and supportive space.
From cooking and craft to crochet and fishing, our programs are designed to build confidence, encourage connection, and create opportunities to learn new skills.
Whether you’re looking to try something new, meet new people, or simply be part of a community, there’s something here for everyone.
Lunch Club is about more than just sharing a meal, it's about building friendships, learning practical skills and enjoying time together.
Together, we prepare and enjoy a simple lunch while building confidence in the kitchen, learning new skills and connecting with others in a relaxed and welcoming environment.
Whether you're looking to make new friends, become more confident with cooking or simply enjoy a great lunch in good company, Lunch Club is the perfect place to belong.
New to Lunch Club? Your first two sessions are free, and you're welcome to bring your own support worker while you get to know the group. Once you feel comfortable, you can continue attending with support from the GDS team. COMING SOON!

Our Fishing Group is a relaxed, social way to get outdoors, connect with others and enjoy time by the water.

Whether you’re new to fishing or have experience, this group is all about having a go, building confidence and enjoying the moment.
Led by Rad, it’s a great opportunity to learn new skills, share a few laughs and be part of a supportive community.
Fishing Group
Our Craft Group is a creative and social space where participants can explore different activities, learn new skills and connect with others.
📅 Mondays & Wednesdays (fortnightly)
⏰ 12:30pm – 3:00pm
From card making and sewing to a variety of hands-on projects, this group is all about creativity, confidence and enjoying the process. No experience needed, just come along, get involved and have a go in a supportive environment.

Handmade Christmas Decorations Workshop
Create festive handmade decorations including gnomes, mini Christmas trees, and Santa & Rudolf ornaments. A fun, creative session for all abilities on Thursday, 11 December from 11:30am–2:00pm.
